IMPLEMENT SHAREPOINT NOW

 

A working SharePoint library should be provisioned immediately with commonly used files and folders uploaded from your server.

This will enable your remote workers to access the data they need to work on – REAL TIME removing the need to email versions back and forth from the office.

 

YOU DO NOT USE OFFICE 365 FOR EMAIL AND DO NOT HAVE AN OFFICE 365 SAAS LICENCE.  (You may be on Office 2010 for example)

FACT

Microsoft are offering a 6 month free trial period for Teams via their business partner network.

At the end of the 6 month period you will not automatically roll on to a chargeable contract.  You can opt to retain what you have or it will just be automatically de-provisioned.

This licensing offer from Microsoft, implemented by Qi  will provide:

A working SharePoint library which will be provisioned by Qi as part of the Teams set up with commonly used files and folders uploaded from your server will be available.

This will enable your remote workers to access the data they need to work on usually accessed from your server  – REAL TIME removing the need to email versions back and forth from the office and keeping productivity up.

(Any of the above) + You use Sage 50 Accounts and Sage 50 Manufacturing perpetual licensing (i.e.: installed on your server)

We know that these Sage 50 applications have their limitations regarding remote access.  Qi understands not only hardware and network limitations but the Sage programmes themselves (what will work and what won’t) and can implement the best way to provide remote access to these applications for you.  It won’t be ideal and it won’t be lightening fast in some cases but it WILL ENABLE STAFF WHO CAN NOT BE IN THE OFFICE TO CONTINUE WORKING ON YOUR CENTRAL SYSTEMS. 

Thought For the Day

If you don’t have your hardware and support contract in place with Qi – we will not force a contract upon you.  You will just be charged the non-support contract consultancy rate.

And we must all remember – whilst the UK has a mountain to climb to work through the current crisis – we WILL climb it (and we will come down the mountain in due course)
