As a Director at QI Limited, I lead the delivery of business solutions that help small and medium-sized enterprises operate more efficiently and scale with confidence. As a Microsoft Partner, we specialise in implementing and supporting solutions such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Microsoft 365, and the wider Power Platform, alongside Sage solutions where appropriate.

With over 10 years’ experience working with SMEs, I focus on understanding the practical challenges businesses face day-to-day and translating these into systems that genuinely add value. My role spans the full lifecycle of a project—from initial consultation and requirements gathering through to implementation, training, and ongoing support—ensuring our clients get long-term return from their investment.

At QI Limited, we take a hands-on, pragmatic approach. We don’t just deliver software; we work closely with our clients to refine processes, improve visibility, and create scalable foundations for growth. Away from work, I keep busy outside the office as well. I’m a retained firefighter, which brings a completely different perspective to teamwork and responsibility. I also play rugby and enjoy being active, and most importantly, I have a young family who keep me on my toes and provide a great balance to business life.
