Just wanted to say a big thanks to the both of you (and Tom) for all the help with this project, and the many calls it involved! It’s always much appreciated with the quick responses.

We worked with Qi to upgrade from NAV 2017 to Business Central.  The project was more than just an upgrade of data.  Qi helped us rethink the way we used NAV as part of the project which resulted in us processing more efficiently, using more of the functionality we had not been able to implement regarding our manufacturing and having better reporting as we moved away from Jet Reports.  The training was sympathetic and effective and their support team are friendly and super helpful!

We recently worked with Qi to upgrade our business software from Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2016 to Business Central, and we are very happy with the service we received.

The team at Qi were quick, efficient and professional throughout the entire process. The upgrade was completed in a remarkably short timeframe compared with other quotes we received. This allowed us to move to our new system quickly and with minimal disruption to the business.

We would highly recommend Qi to any business looking to upgrade or modernise its software. They delivered an excellent service at a great price, and we wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again.

We’ve worked with Qi for more than 15 years, from Sage 50 and Manufacturing, to Nav in 2015 and then last year the upgrade to Business Central. The fact that we have chosen to stay with them, says a lot for the team at Qi, their knowledge and their approach to their customers.

Over the years we had a lot of bespoke work done on Nav, they made sure all the changes we had were transferred. They spend time understanding what is required and don’t talk ‘technical’ to those of us who don’t understand it. They are always ready to help when things don’t go as expected or the occasional errors occur, even when it’s a PICNIC error – problem in chair, not in computer. The change from Nav to Business Central was managed smoothly, they spent time with all of us explaining how to navigate our way around the new system, and it turned out not to be as scary as I was expecting.

We’ve seen Qi grow over the years, and they’ve helped us to grow.

We recently underwent a Bridge to Cloud project, changing from our current service partner to Qi, to switch from our existing NAV 2018 system to Business Central. Qi were absolutely brilliant – responsive, flexible and genuinely cared about making sure the solution they delivered perfectly fit our needs. Their ongoing support is also exceptional!

Qi has been looking after our infrastructure for many years now, and Will is always so helpful and always gets us out of bother!

Recently we encountered a business critical event where we were unable to access our database, use our phones or use any computers or machines to work. Upon realising what we thought was an issue with the internet and router I called QI and spoke to Joe who tried to assist me over the phone. When all of the normal resets failed to resolve the issue, Joe attended the site immediately with a new router box and within half an hour of him arriving we were back up and running again. The service and response times was second to none and really appreciate the swift response which meant we were able to function again with minimal downtime! Could not recommend QI enough with their speedy resolutions and professionalism whilst maintaining the best service.
