Just wanted to say a big thanks to the both of you (and Tom) for all the help with this project, and the many calls it involved! It’s always much appreciated with the quick responses.

Recently we encountered a business critical event where we were unable to access our database, use our phones or use any computers or machines to work. Upon realising what we thought was an issue with the internet and router I called QI and spoke to Joe who tried to assist me over the phone. When all of the normal resets failed to resolve the issue, Joe attended the site immediately with a new router box and within half an hour of him arriving we were back up and running again. The service and response times was second to none and really appreciate the swift response which meant we were able to function again with minimal downtime! Could not recommend QI enough with their speedy resolutions and professionalism whilst maintaining the best service.

We recently underwent a Bridge to Cloud project, changing from our current service partner to Qi, to switch from our existing NAV 2018 system to Business Central. Qi were absolutely brilliant - responsive, flexible and genuinely cared about making sure the solution they delivered perfectly fit our needs. Their ongoing support is also exceptional!

The Qi Business Central team are always helpful and cheerful, from the most Senior application support staff like Lottie to the apprentices. Good support experience with Qi for several years now.

I use the Business Central phone app to raise quotes from my mobile when I am out of the office. Being able to look up the varying price lists and raise and send the quote quickly and accurately to the customer, has been the biggest game changer for me, personally. The accounts team has found the transition from Sage 50 accounts smoother than expected and find the improved foreign currency functionality, really useful. The production team now have full serial number recording and traceability in a central system rather than having to use complex Excel spreadsheets. We have known Qi for many years and they didn't disappoint! The training and go live support was excellent and Qi is a great business partner for this solution

We needed complete confidence that in centralising our document access area it was impossible for non-authorised staff to not only view the content of sensitive data but even know that sensitive data exists but at the same time make sure staff could access what they needed to easily for their jobs’

Qi timed the live migration so that we didn’t have any down time on processing and the Go Live was ‘pain free’. We are still learning little details about the system but Qi give us all the support we need. The improved stock information is proving to be invaluable and a big improvement on Sage 50. The feature to be able to save a draft of a sales order is also really useful which is another plus over Sage 50. It was a wrench leaving Sage 50 but the advantages of doing so are evident already, just 3 months on.

We are happy that we could effectively streamline our suppliers and work with Qi across our hardware network as well as with our Sage 50 applications. Will gave us sound advice and guidance as to what this hardware project should consist of taking into account our current needs and plans for the future. The server upgrade process went really smoothly and we look forward to continuing our partnership with Qi in other areas

We felt confident working with Qi to make the move to Cim50 Manufacturing. From the outset Qi were responsive and clearly highly knowledgeable in the Cim50 Manufacturing software. A 'pain free' and effective project!

We spent over 6 months evaluating the marketplace and took time to make sure we were moving not only to the best software solution for us but that we were making that move with a business partner we could trust and one we could build a good relationship with. We have not been disappointed. We feel we made the right decision!

The project went to plan and went to budget. Qi went the extra mile to develop their data migration software to enable Purple Line to include historical data migration which was key for us. Steve told us that we would automatically receive additional functionality as it was released. After just a couple of months we are noticing the continued, intuitive additions. The vast improvement on entering assembly orders was actually quite unexpectedly marked and is providing welcome time savings and accuracy . The system automatically recognises the components parts required for an Opus package - so we enter one line instead of up to 20! There is less scope for human error so order entry is now reliably accurate.

Dynamics 365 Business Central is a lot easier and clearer to use than Sage 50 Manufacturing and Accounts. All our information is one place and it makes our lives so much easier! Accounting reports are easy to run and manipulate. The limitations of standard reporting in Sage often meant that we couldn’t provide our Senior Management Team with the information they needed in the format they needed without a lot of extra work or commissioning a bespoke report.
