We are thrilled to announce that Tom Watson, who joined Qi just over a decade ago, has been appointed to the Qi Board of Directors. Tom’s dedication, effort, and enthusiasm have played a significant role in Qi’s success, and his deep understanding of our customers and solutions makes him the perfect fit to help lead Qi into its next phase of growth alongside Steve.
Further Key Appointment – Company Technical Lead
We are also pleased to announce that Tom Sheehan has been appointed as Company Technical Lead. Tom has been with Qi for over 20 years, and his vast technical expertise, combined with his hands-on approach to training and project management, has been instrumental in our success. With Tom in this new role, we are confident that our project delivery will become even more efficient, which will enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to Qi’s continued expansion.

- Apprenticeships: For over 5 years, we have been involved in apprenticeship programs with our local college. This initiative helps us grow our team in a sustainable way while providing young, talented individuals with an opportunity to establish themselves in the IT industry.
- Department Expansion: As demand for our services grows, so does our team. We’ve recently expanded our Power Platform team, leading to the launch of the Qi Reporting and Automation department. This team focuses on transforming data into actionable insights that improve key business areas, such as cash flow, operating costs, and customer retention, all without the need for costly custom developments.
