The app provides facilities to process Inventory transactions (stock movements) by scanning barcodes. This improves the speed of processing, and the accuracy of the data entered.

Print Labels
The app provides the facility to print labels to identify the goods, either with or without bar codes
Qi Job Track

The user simply scans their own code to start the process, the operation on the Production Order, to say what they are going to work on. When they finish the Production Order, or finish their shift, they scan again to say they have finished, enter the quantity that they have completed, and the system calculates how long they have been working on that operation on that Production Order. Job Track allows for Quality Control entry so that items for re-work or ullage can be recorded.
The app can be used either by scanning bar codes, or by Touch screen or similar, but in all cases provides a simple user interface for use on the shopfloor or warehouse.
Qi Commercial Invoice
Many Companies need to produce commercial invoices and packing lists when goods are despatched to customers in other countries. This document will need to be produced before the goods have been despatched. The document will need to print the commodity codes from the item cards, but additional information is also required. The packing list will need to show which items of the order are picked in which boxes.
Qi Courier

This Qi app Links to the “World Options” courier portal which provides access to a vast range of couriers and their services.
From within Dynamics Business Central the app sends information about the Sales Order being shipped (Weight, Dimensions, Deliver to Address etc.) and presents a list of suitable courier services. The user then selects the preferred service, and the program books the service. All information about the booking is stored in Dynamics 365 Business Central.
The app is also sensitive to which location the shipment is to be collected from, and you define collection point, collection from and to times for that location. It also stores standard packing boxes with their dimensions pre-defined.
The app guarantees speedy processing and accurate information.
Qi Service Engineer for On and Off Line
This app differs from other Qi apps as there will always be a small amount of development required to ensure it is tailored to the needs of each customer and their service team. However, each instance uses the same principles thus development costs are a fraction of bespoke apps. Service Engineers can work on and offline, capturing signatures, images and recording service jobs, ensuring van stock is up to date, invoices are always raised, and proof of customer service is captured real time and shared with Business Central
