There are various articles for Business Central admins and super users to access to assist in solving day to day issues.  These are useful if you don’t have support with a Business Partner and are tasked with supporting a Business Central instance internally.

Data Migration – was all the data brought over from legacy systems in full and intact?

Data Validation – was the data validated and tested prior to GoLive?

User Roles and Permissions – are the user roles not set up to reflect what your team needs?  Business Central is hugely functional, but not all your team need to see all its capabilities all the time – it’s just not relevant to them

Correct licensing – have you got the right mix of licences to ensure your team has the functionality they need, setup correctly?

Using MRP and MPS correctly and how to set up your data. Complex manufacturers will be using the Premium edition of Business Central to provide them with the additional functionality they need.  One of the most common issues we find when talking to businesses for the first time who are struggling with their implementation is that this additional functionality was not provisioned or trained on correctly or sufficiently.  This is because not ALL Business Partner are the same.
