We are excited to share a couple of updates at Qi as we as a team continue to evolve and grow to meet the challenges (old and new) of our lovely customers!

Our current website launched in 2017 and many of our long-term customers will be familiar with the journey our website has taken over years.
The Qi team has continued to expand as our ‘traditional’ departments have developed. Where Power Platform was a new and emerging technology 9 years ago, it now forms an increasingly crucial building block for many businesses. Where Hardware support was keeping PC’s, laptops, and servers up and running- it has now become increasingly about supporting security in Cloud based environments. The tech industry is evolving and so is Qi!
It is so important that as we develop, we ensure we reflect this evolution and the changes it brings in the customer facing tools we provide and how we can holistically support your businesses, as they change, scale and flex.
Hence – our new website is coming & why a new website?
Our new website, whilst maintaining the familiar look and feel of Qi introduces:
- Clearer Navigating – get to the subject matter you need, faster!
- Our existing website has become overloaded over the last 9 years as the needs of our customers have resulted in new security products & accreditation services, modern technologies such as Power Platform, BI and AI being less obvious to locate.
- Our new website breaks our services and the software we implement into intuitive segments
- We are providing some commonly asked Q & A’S
- There will be news and updates about upcoming events
- Clearer access to our Downloads area for forms, company information, and product information.
- In some instances, our department descriptions have updated to reflect the subtle nuances of industry changes over the years. Hardware & Infrastructure has now become security & Infrastructure support. Manufacturing for Sage 50 is now clearly listed as Cim 50 MRP and Reporting and Automation will become AI & Power Platform
Customer Support Portal
You will now be able to log into the Qi Support Portal to log tickets directly from our new website. The Support Portal has had a good uptake and if customers prefer this method of contacting us – we want to make it as straightforward as possible for them to find now.
Qi & continued Growth
The new website does not just reflect changes in our industry but the evolution and growth of Qi. As you will be aware, we have always favoured gradual but sustained expansion of our team, welcoming new staff to support the growth and development of our various departments to meet the needs of all our customers.
We have recently welcomed two new members to our Applications team, bringing our team total to 19.
Our very long-term customers will remember the days of
‘Three Toms and a Tim’ (Could be challenging!)

A Tim and a Steve (the last one you’ll know!)

(And please don’t call the latter one – Bill)
There’s Josh here already and another to come
So, with all of the ‘same names’ – that will be fun!
And lastly there’s Beccy – and what does she do?
She spends her time writing silly ditties for you!
When to expect the new website?
We have been given a provisional launch period of middle of June but will contact our customers when we have the precise GoLive date to assure you that we haven’t gone anywhere – we are just launching a new and exciting resource! We expect the transition to be over a weekend but just in case it does affect a working day – you can call us or email us if you needed information, you would have expected to find on the website.
