All support calls are captured in QiFl, our dedicated portal. A call report is provided to our customers monthly so that they can review the number of calls made and by whom, the time Qi took to resolve the query and the nature of the query. This enables businesses to identify key areas of concern and to highlight internal training requirements.

Qi COVER ANNUAL VISIT
Included in your Qi Cover contract is an annual visit from your lead contact here at Qi – the person who you feel knows you best. The aim of these visits is to ensure that we continue to develop our understanding of how our customers make use of the solutions we support and to share ideas on use optimisation and any current concerns.
