What Cim50 Manufacturing delivers for your Business

Bill of Materials

Whilst there IS a BOM function in Sage 50C Accounts it is limited. Cim50 BOM provides unlimited item lines, reverse BOM, costing history and operation components. Trial kitting rationalises the raising of works orders and purchase order to maximise efficiency. Cim50 Bill of Materials works with the essential Cim50 stock module and is the springboard for companies who wish to improve efficiencies across their operation.

Quotations, Works Orders, Planning and Graphical Planner

Raise, progress, and track your works orders (and manage your subcontracting processes) directly from quotations that are configured using product information within Cim50. Use capacity planning to control your in-house resources and allocate component stock for jobs (including batch and serial numbers). The 2023 launch of Graphical Planner enables businesses to visually identify workloads and prevent resource conflicts before they happen!

Shop Floor Data Collection

Cim50 offers an SFDC module which enables the barcoding of stock transfers, quarantined goods, purchase orders, goods despatch, goods receipts and stocktakes.
The Dashboard capabilities allow managers to drill into information to view stock valuations, aged stock valuations, completed works orders and working in progress with a valuation and breakdown.
