What will Datto SaaS Defense replace as a single subscription that delivers more?
You will no longer need separate subscriptions of Anti Phishing and Spam software.
As Datto SaaS Defense is only available to Datto 365 SaaS Protect customers (which provides full Office 365 backup and restore) you will no longer need any subscription to external Office 365 back up services. If you do not have a third party back up in place for Office 365, we recommend you familiarise yourself with Microsoft’s SLA. Microsoft Services Agreement

We strive to keep the Services up and running; however, all online services suffer occasional disruptions and outages, and Microsoft is not liable for any disruption or loss you may suffer as a result. In the event of an outage, you may not be able to retrieve Your Content or Data that you’ve stored. We recommend that you regularly backup Your Content and Data that you store on the Services or store using Third-Party Apps and Services.”
What will it cost?
If you currently have Microsoft Office 365 SaaS Protect under subscription via Qi, then adding SaaS Defense will cost £2.50 per month, per user plus VAT
If you do not currently have Office 365 SaaS Protect on subscription then the cost to deploy this and SaaS Defense is £5.00 per month, per user plus VAT.
Qi does not charge for set up and includes support in the monthly cost.
